About the Space
This room is a budget-friendly option for those looking to create quality productions. This room is well suited for producers, writers, as well as engineers and artists who want to record in a more intimate setting. The acoustic treatment of this space provides an accurate and clear listening and recording environment. Producers will feel inspired to create utilizing the many tools on our computers, such as Pro Tools, Logic, FL Studio, and a large collection of plugins and Virtual Instruments.

General Rules
There is a ZERO tolerance policy for guns inside our studio. If you are SEEN with a firearm you will automatically forfeit your session and will be asked to leave the studio.
Smoking is only allowed outside our facility in the parking lot.
This is a drug-free facility. The only acceptable items will be vape pens.
All ages are allowed in the space

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Carpets are vacuumed after each session, restrooms are cleaned and sanitized regularly, all spaces are cleaned after client usage.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
