The space is a 900 sf event space that is perfect for Birthday Celebrations, Graduation Dinners, Brunches, Paint Nights Workshops, Networking Events, Pop-up Shops, Book Signings, Fundraising Events, and more! The space includes a 65 inch smart TV, a Grass Wall, WiFi, a lounge area with a sofa couch, a kitchenette and Bluetooth Speakers. Note, the space has sliding glass wall and doors in the middle of the space that can be kept open or closed to divide the space. For additional privacy, the glass wall can be covered with provided grey-colored ceiling to floor blackout curtains.

All Surface areas are sanitized before and after each event. Floors are swept, then mopped, and steamed before and after each event. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer. Remove garbage and add new lining in trash cans.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
