About the Space

History of the space 1950's Oceanside bungalow recently completely remodeled. We kept the traditional vibes, but updated will all things modern. Curated to empathize the feeling of coastal living. Neighborhood details House is located about .5 miles from the Pacific Ocean. South Oceanside is a very trendy, surfy area full of families, cute restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. Logistics The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath. The entire house is available for booking. The home has 1 dining table with a built-in banquette on one side and 2 dining chais on the other. There is also an outdoor dining table with 6 dining chairs which is located in a fully fenced backyard. There is both parking or public transportation nearby. There would be plenty of room for parking for a large group with several cars. The rate is $200 an hour, 8 hour min

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
