Natural Light Photo Studio

You and your clients will love this open, airy, natural light studio! There are 2 spaces available, both painted a soft, neutral gray with white trim and natural hardwood floors. Both spaces are at the front of the house, with east and south-facing windows. The large windows and clerestory windows let in tons of light all day long. Enjoy direct sunlight from the east in the morning, and experience the more diffused light later in the day. Space 1 is a large, open, 2-story living room with plenty of room for backdrop stands and lighting (equipment is also available to rent). This space can also be viewed from the loft for a unique top-down perspective. Space 2 is a large dining room that is open to the living room and front of the house. It has amazing light from the east-facing window and also benefits from the windows in the living room. This is an amazing space for brand photography! Both spaces are currently sparsely decorated. As more furniture and props are acquired they will be available in the rental. Additionally, a third space, not shown in photos, is a large dressing room/office area. This space will have a hair and makeup station, full length mirrors, and sundry items to help your clients look their very best. I provide set and lighting consultation with every rental, and can provide set design and build services as well. Equipment and prop storage is also available.
