About the Space

Spacious lounge entrance to the building coming off of the pull through driveway in front. The lounge connects to the main event room which is set up as an art gallery and can be configured with furniture according to your needs. Possible arrangements could include: Conference Table for either 6 or up to 20 people, lecture style seating for a presentation, Classroom seating in rows with desks, or more comfortable arrangements for retreats including open space for yoga or other physical activities or classes. Set up & Take down: Rental includes 30 min set up before start time and 30 min clean up after. No need to include this in your paid for time. You move the furniture in the configuration you need. Some basic clean up required for guests: Trash removal & return furniture to original positions (photos provided in onsite binder). Patio and gardens: The Patio is an add-on to the main interior meeting space. The patio has large wooden tables and umbrellas over-looking a gorgeous rose garden and fountain with palm trees. The patio is perfect for special meals or personal parties. The Patio can also be rented independently. Send message to inquire directly. Note, the gardens are not officially a part of the event rentable space. Your guests can walk around out there but no decorations, tables or anything obstructing others from walking through the gardens may be placed in the garden itself. Stairs leading up to the patio may not be blocked. A small sandwich board type sign may be placed off to the side if it helps your guests locate your event. Staff: No staff member will be onsite during your event although there will be someone available by phone. Their contact information will be provided on the day of your event. Suggested vendors: If you'd like to make planning easy, we can provide you with a list of recommended vendors covering everything from catering to balloon displays. Send us a request and we are happy to share! We do not require that you use our vendors. Access: There will be a lockbox with key and instructions for entering the space. We will provide these instructions after your event rental is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
