Lighting description
The living room boasts a stunning wall of floor to ceiling windows that allows a flood of natural light to brighten up the space creating a warm and inviting ambiance perfect for natural lighting photographers. The brightest times of the day are morning to early afternoon. The white painted backyard walls create a brighter glow inside of the home.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
The home has a brick exterior so all interior walls of the outside of the home have great soundproofing. The AC has a very minimal noise level and the neighborhood is extremely quiet.

Equipment loading description
Equipment can be dropped into the driveway. There is an orange tree right next to the carport that needs to be avoided, but other than that, no restrictions to drop off.

The electric panel is located in the backyard near the pergola.

General Rules
No smoking in the home. (Recreational smoke monitors are in the home.)
No pets allowed.
Quiet hours are between 10am - 8pm. (Decibel level noise monitors are in the home. They do not record sound just monitor noise level.)
No nudity allowed.

Furniture and decorations may be moved
Please return all moved objects to their original places. PLEASE be cautious with the floor as it is painted concrete and can chip. Any movement of furniture needs to be lifted not move on the ground.

Security cameras and recording devices
There are 2 security cameras. One in the carport and one in the backyard for the protection of our home. We also have a doorbell camera. These cameras are only viewed if proof is needed for any insurance purposes.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Thorough cleaning process is completed by the owners of the home between bookings to ensure a safe 5 star experience!
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
