We've provided a detailed list below: Media Production Bookings: Film & Video Shoots – Ideal for commercials, short films, interviews, YouTube content, and social media videos. Podcast & Audio Recording – A quiet, controlled space for recording podcasts, voiceovers, or music sessions. Live Streaming & Webinars – Equipped with high-speed internet and AV support for live broadcasts. Green Screen & Studio Shoots – Perfect for productions requiring a controlled environment and customizable backgrounds. Product Photography & Commercial Shoots – Great for brands and businesses needing high-quality images for marketing. Photo Shoot Bookings: Portrait & Headshot Sessions – Ideal for professional headshots, model portfolios, and social media content. Fashion & Editorial Shoots – Designed for clothing brands, magazines, and creative editorials. Family & Lifestyle Photography – A cozy and styled space for maternity, family, and personal branding shoots. Event & Promotional Photography – Great for capturing special moments or promotional content for businesses. HOLIDAY & SEASONAL THEMES: Please note that we do decorate our venue based on holidays and seasons ADD-ONS: (applies to ALL bookings) Prior checking out, please remember to add on if your event, meeting, or production booking will have outside food/catering ($25/flat rate), brining your own alcoholic drinks ($25/flat rate), or/and bringing your own non-alcoholic beverages ($25/flat rate). All add-ons are optional only if not providing any outside foods/snacks, catering, alcohol, and non-alcoholic beverages. SERVICE & STAFFING ADD-ONS: (applies to ALL bookings types) We provide additional services that can be provided at your event, meeting, or production booking such as on-site bartender, barista, DJ, and/or chef for additional costs. All add-ons for services and staffing are optional. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Please factor setup and tear down time in your original booking to avoid extra charges. Please Note: Please refrain from touching items on the shelves. Ice is not provided. Plasticware, napkins, cups, and plates are not included. Party supplies, such as table covers, are not provided. A large refrigerator is not available for use.
