About the Space
Welcome to Elysian Valley! Tucked away from Sunset Blvd, our home is a convenient and historic building. Built in 1913, this bungalow was originally a hunting cabin which has evolved into a Mid Century Modern style home. Under 1000 square feet, the space has one bedroom, one office and a main living room/kitchen area for use. A wrap around deck lush with native California plants as well as a fire pit with lounge chairs. Our outdoor and indoor spaces are perfect for naturally lit interviews as the home boasts natural light throughout. Smaller film/photography crews are suggested due to the delicate nature of the home. We have one large redwood outdoor dining space that can be used for set up as well as a smaller table in the side deck.

Our space is disinfected on all high-touch areas and cleaned in-between bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
