This historic Victorian house is renovated as an art gallery, with artist studios, a gorgeous dining room for receptions, and great original craftsmanship details like the fireplaces and stained glass grand staircase that act as beautiful backdrops to showcase a guest speaker, model, or musician. It has an inviting courtyard in back and a small rooftop deck in front. This artistic mansion provides a great setting for boutique meeting space, private event space, photoshoots, and writer's retreat. These main floor spaces are the area to be used, unless specifying preferred studio space on the second or third floor instead. The second floor rooms are artist studios to showcase artwork and provide artist workspace. The third floor suites are styled to give visitors a refreshing escape, evoking memories or creativity. Writers and Photographers enjoy working here because the rooms are filled with a strong ambience. Amenities: The main floor gallery and reception room together form an L-shape, to hold 20 people seated at cafe tables, or 30 comfortably mingling through the space. The house has free wifi. A flat screen for video/slide show presentation is in the gallery, in view of the reception room. Beverage bar stations are set up, tucked in tastefully along the reception room walls, to feature coffees, teas, juicing, smoothies, and/or hot chocolate bar. The kitchen is a shared space, not rented out individually because artists meet there daily or weekly, but it may be available for catering needs. Kitchen amenities can be available for catering needs to warm and refrigerate food. Photography is welcomed throughout, with all credits and rights reserved to the artists, and not for the purpose of reproducing or sale of any artwork.

We use FDA approved Molekule air purifiers, in combination with ventilation to outside air, with CDC guidelines. All surfaces are disinfected appropriately in keeping with CDC guidelines between all bookings. Almost all of the high touch surfaces, including furniture are non-porous, so they are washed with disinfectant. The remaining portion of furniture, such as bedding, is removed and laundered.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
