Surface Disinfection: We use effective and safe disinfectants to clean all high-touch surfaces, such as tables, chairs, doorknobs, and handrails. This is done multiple times throughout the day to maintain a clean environment.
Restrooms: Our restrooms are regularly cleaned and stocked with essential amenities, including soap, hand sanitizer, and tissue paper. Restroom cleanliness is a top priority to ensure the comfort and safety of our guests.
Trash Disposal: Waste bins are strategically placed throughout the space, and our team regularly empties and disposes of the trash following proper waste management protocols.
Ventilation and Air Quality: We maintain good ventilation to ensure the circulation of fresh air in our space. Our HVAC system is regularly checked and serviced to maintain optimal air quality.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
