About the Space
Beautiful conference room perfect for hosting meetings, and recording and filming video podcasts! The room features 9 chairs and a custom concrete poured table! The room comes with a 55-inch Oled tv with Apple TV. 8 Beautiful leather chairs 2 different styles of lighting are also great for setting the scene for different styles of podcasts. The overhead lights and a bar of 8 lights mounted into historic wood

Parking description
There is always ample street parking at our studio. There is also room for one car to park in our studio - we like to reserve this option for cars that are loading gear in or out.
Space has natural light
Natural light can not be blocked out
Lighting description
There are 3 head-high windows facing the North Side of the building. There are not shades but we can supply black floppies or cutters to block the light.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
The room is fairly sound proof. Most of the street noise is muted. Our building is old so there are some noises from our pipes and heating, but nothing distracting.

Equipment loading description
The room is on the first floor of our facility. We have a large garage door to bring in a single car/truck for loading and unloading.
Staging area is available
We have multiple rooms available for use including two bathrooms and two back offices.
All rooms are available for shooting
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
There is plenty of power in the room.
Circuit breaker can not be accessed

Do not include:
Cleaning Fee - Basic cleaning is the responsibility of the host. If you charge a cleaning fee, you can add it in a later section.
Contracts - Peerspace bookings are covered by our Service Agreement. Do not paste your contract, cancellation policy, or liability policy.
All ages are allowed in the space
Furniture and decorations may be moved
We just ask that you consult us but we are open to this.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
