About the Space

We have an open concept modern mid-century home located on a private residential street. This home would be great for anyone needing a large open space with indoor/outdoor living. The dining room, kitchen, family room and bar opens to a covered patio over looking a pool & spa. We have plenty of seating throughout the property and large panel slider doors that open completely. Outside the dining room is a large courtyard that can be used for a variety of purposes. Upstairs is a rooftop deck with views of the La Jolla Shores and beautiful sunset skies. There is a turf side yard on the south side of the house and concrete pavers/river rocks on the north side. This is a 3 car garage with plenty of driveway parking. 4 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, Large Kitchen and a detached casita/office. The House is 4,400+sq ft and 3,000+ of that would be available to rent for interior space with an additional 2000+ for exterior.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
