Fully renovated with modern conveniences and reimagined with an earthy, minimal design that suits the landscape. Vintage touches help the home retain its original charm. Covered front porch with seating area. Other things to note: IMPORTANT: - Booking Guest must be 25 or older. - 8 people maximum allowed on the premises at any time without prior permission. - 4 cars maximum can be parked in the driveway on site per city law.

All personal property and equipment, including all food items in refrigerator, must not be left behind. Put trash outside and proper bins outdoors. A licensed cleaner comes after your visit to properly clean and disinfect for next visit.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
