House can be used for photography & film production. Foyer leads to both guest hall and living room area. Living area has windows that give off plenty of natural lighting . Dining room is parallel to kitchen area. The kitchen area includes wood paneled yellow breakfast nook and sage walk-in pantry with window. Furniture can be moved, as long as nothing will be damaged and everything is taken care of gently.

The common areas allowing guest access will be clean before arrival (including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances) We will do the following prior to each booking: sweep, mop, vacuum. Soap, warm water, paper towels and hand sanitizer will always be accessible.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
