About the Space
Spacious fully equipped downtown Manhattan music studio perfect for music videos, release parties, writing sessions, photoshoots, podcasts, and more. We have two rooms with unique fully controllable LED Installations all through both rooms and the entire studio. Kitchen, private bathroom, and lounge also available for use free of charge during booking. 10 person maximum per room, additional guests will be charged $5 per. Engineer not included in price, available as an add-on below.

Spaces are cleaned between bookings. Please keep the space in the same condition it was found to avoid additional charges.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
