About the Space
A spacious multi-use creative studio located on Geneva Ave at the convenient boarder of Daly City and San Francisco. This fully private space has a design forward, curated interior store front as well as an open spaced mirrored dance or photography studio with both natural and studio lighting. (PLEASE NOTE FURNITURE MAY BE IN A DIFFERENT PLACE THAN PHOTOS) This space also includes the unique feature of a roll-up garage door in the back studio that connects to a large backyard -- great for letting in natural light or transforming the space to accommodate more guests. (PLEASE NOTE THE BACKYARD WILL BE UNAVAILABLE IF RAINING) This space is great for photography sessions, content creating, workshops, yoga, dance, small gatherings and much more. Stocked with multiple backdrops, basic lighting and a variety of props for your use. Our team will be on site or close by to assist you with anything you may need. - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This space was perfect for my casual wedding reception for 70 people. We really enjoyed the patio which provided fresh air and circulation. The host, Angelique, was very responsive during the booking process and helpful during my event to provide a pleasant experience for guests, such as making sure bathroom supplies were stocked and turned patio lights on when it got dark. She was flexible and allowed us to hire a photobooth vendor. I also appreciate that she let us drop off party supplies a couple of days before our event. A projector and speaker were provided. Would definitely book again for future events!

THE SPACE WAS PERFECT FOR THE AMOUNT OF GUESTS WE HAD. PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND THERE WAS A LOT OF PARKING AVAILABLE ON THE STREET. I WOULD DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN.

This spot was perfect for my birthday party! This spot consists of two rooms and a backyard. The first room has a reception desk in the front corner when you come in. This room had couches, some tables and chairs, and this is also the room where the microwave and mini fridge are. The second room was super spacious! We did utilize the 3 folding tables that were provided, and there were so many folding chairs that came in handy. There is a projector that was mounted to the ceiling in this room, and there is an HDMI cable we could use to plug anything in. Although the projector was not automatically on, we were able to figure it out and get it turned on (as a step ladder was included in this spot). I’m not sure if there was a remote for the projector. There was 1 large speaker that was also included (it had Bluetooth or AUX capability), which was perfect in combination with the projector, as we brought our karaoke machine. The second room is where the one restroom is, which was also clean and fully stocked. The backyard was a nice plus just to get some fresh air, as there were some string lights too which was nice for the evening, but the overall space never felt cramped at all! Angelique and Kayla were very helpful. Our guests did compliment this space as well, and we’ll be sure to recommend this spot to others.
