The entire 4,000 sq. ft home can be rented or you may decide to host your event on the Southern-style wrap around porch. The home has 6 bedrooms, 5 ½ baths, beautiful original hardwood floors, and a chef's dream kitchen with a new GE stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher, Jenn-Air gas stove and double oven, and custom cabinetry. Enjoy your event by the fireplace in the formal dining room or for smaller events, at the custom breakfast nook. The outdoor space is breathtaking and there is even a furnished two-bedroom, two-bath apartment over the garage that can be available for a separate fee.

This is our primary home and it is professionally cleaned every two weeks and off cycle, in between bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
