About the Space
Natural light, rentable small event space + photo studio. Perfect for baby showers, bridal showers, family reunions, small birthday parties, intimate get togethers. 1600 sq ft, private restroom, free on-site parking. Small event rental includes all available furniture props, accessories and plants. 4 six foot rectangular tables, with white table cloths, 25 sturdy white folding chairs. Bluetooth speaker. Space is on the first floor. No elevator or stairs required to access the space. Self-check in with code emailed to you. Space uses security cameras to monitor and record all activities. WE DO NOT PROVIDE: a photographer, balloons, balloon garlands, table runners, party decorations. You bring those to customize the space to the look you want for your small event. Space must be put back to original state of how it was prior to the start of your event, to avoid a reset fee of $100. Centrally located in between Dallas and Fort Worth, mid-cities area!
Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages allowed
No cooking is allowed on-site
We provide 4 - six foot long rectangle tables with white tablecloths, and 1 - round table with white table cloth, 50 inches in diameter. There are also small side tables available to place throughout the space. Renter must configure the furniture as desired and return the space to original state prior to leaving. Must reserve enough time to reset the space.
We provide 25 white, resin folding chairs.
There are various sofas, love seats, and chairs available in the prop room to use during the event. All furniture must be returned to where you found it prior to leaving to avoid a reset fee.
We have a small Bluetooth speaker available that outputs a decent sound. Please keep sound levels respectable as we have neighbors.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Absolutely love this studio! The space was beautifully set up and very clean. There were plenty of props and backdrops to utilize, & the natural light was perfect. The owners were super helpful and great with communicating. Will definitely be back!
