Space is on the first floor. No elevator or stairs required to access the space. Self-check in with code emailed to you. Space uses security cameras to monitor and record all activities. WE DO NOT PROVIDE: a photographer, balloons, balloon garlands, table runners, party decorations. You bring those to customize the space to the look you want for your small event. Space must be put back to original state of how it was prior to the start of your event, to avoid a reset fee of $100. No cooking allowed. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
