This is a SELF OPERATED space (AV tech not included). For the listed price only the equipment(listed below) is provided and preset up for guest to record their own pre-recorded episodes and webinars. (Live Steaming service is an add on) NO ENGINEER IS INCLUDED IN BASE RATE, BUT ONE CAN BE ADDED ON TO YOUR RESERVATION. Files are made avaliable 24 hours after recording via google drive. For instant access to files, guest are welcome to bring their own SSD hard drive and micro SD card. (See required type info below) What is (&is not) included with podcast bookings: EQUIPMENT -Podcasting Equipment Includes: 1 video podcast set use (3 Sony A6400, 3 RODE Podcaster Mics, 1 RODE Caster Pro II, 1 Black Magic ATEM Mini Pro ISO, 1 GVM 150W RGB Video Light Kit, choice of 1 42 inch or 75 inch logo monitor) -Guest must bring their own USB flash drive with logo/images for logo screen if logo is not emailed to us at least 12 hours prior to reservation start time. Logo must be 16:9 aspect ratio RECORDING ACCESS Files are made avaliable 24 hours after recording via google drive. For instant access to files, guest are welcome to bring their own SSD hard drive and micro SD card. -An USB-C SSD Hard Drive is required in order to record video (Required Transfer Speed 1,050MB/s) and a Micro SD card is required in order to record your Multitrack Audio. TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE - Guest are not allowed to move podcasting set up/equipment without consent. -An on site assistant will be avaliable for support at the start of reservation to set you, mic you and get approved camera shot, and press record. On site assistant is not avaliable to provide any technical support or to be on site for the duration of recording. -Guest are responsible to stop recording and/or restart recording for separate files if recording multiple episodes. -IF TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE/ENGINEER IS NEEDED YOU MUST ADD ON a Audio Visual Podcasting Tech to reservation. AV tech can advise on recommended lighting, monitor audio quality during the duration of recording, start and stop recording, operate the live multi camera switcher for instant access to live cut recording. -If No technical assistance/engineer is added Host IS NOT responsible for large recorded files download time and capabilities SPACE ACCESS -Default podcast set is main downstairs loft set. Following booking confirmation you will be able to select a different set - Access to full downstairs space, upstairs loft space, downstairs balcony. - PLEASE NOTE: The Bedroom, upstairs balcony and 2nd full bath upstairs are avaliable as an ADD ON. These spaces ARE NOT included in base rate. - Bedroom/2nd balcony is great as a VIP guest lounge and must be added to entire duration of reservation (partial time not permitted).
