Corner unit with 300 sq/ft of windows facing southwest and east that offer the best light in the whole building, all day long. Safe and secure building, with a designated covered parking space, freight and passenger elevators, and stairs. 24/7 secured building, high-speed internet, bike storage, showers, big bathrooms. Open-air windows for Covid safety ventilation, and HVAC filtration that vents directly to the outside. Professional cleaning. Note to Videographers: studio and building are not soundproof. Lav mics recommended.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
