We utilize a user-friendly parking PayByPhone app service. The parking area, conveniently located at the lower level of the building. For complementary parking the passcode will be given at arrival.

There are 12ft ceilings. Window are from the ceiling to the floor. Natural light can be controlled by the shades that are installed in the ceiling. From 2pm to 5pm are the brightest time of the day.

Neighbors are unable to hear through the walls. I am not on a busy street. There isn't any noice from appliances or AC unit.

Yes. We have a loading zone. The entrance way is flat and onward into the building. Loading trucks can be parked at the loading door.

The power rating is to the highest power. There are over 25 outlets throughout the space. The circuit breaker is located in the forward closet near the exit door.

General Rules
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the penthouse space, including on the balcony. We strive to maintain a clean and fresh environment for everyone to enjoy.
Limited Guests: For the comfort and safety of all occupants, we kindly ask that you limit the number of guests to a maximum of five individuals at any given time. This helps maintain a spacious and enjoyable atmosphere, unless prior arrangements have been made and approved by the host.
Respectful conduct: Please engage in respectful behavior and maintain a noise level that doesn't disturb neighboring residents.
Property care: We take great pride in our penthouse, and we kindly request that you treat it with the utmost care. Any damages or excessive mess will be the responsibility of the guest booking the space.
No Parties Or Events: Content creating space only.
Cleaning policy: Kindly clean up after yourself and return the space to its original condition before departing.
Security and Access: Please ensure that all doors and windows are securely closed and locked when leaving the penthouse. Do not share access codes or keys with unauthorized individuals.
Pets: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets in the penthouse, unless prior arrangements have been made and approved by the host.

Preparation: Before your arrival, our cleaning team prepares the penthouse by removing any previous guest items, ensuring all surfaces are clear and ready for use.
Surface Cleaning: Our team meticulously cleans all surfaces, including countertops, tables, and appliances, using industry-standard cleaning products.
Floor Care: All floors are thoroughly mopped to remove dirt, dust, and allergens.
Bathroom Sanitization: Bathrooms are scrubbed and disinfected.
Air Quality: We ensure proper ventilation to maintain fresh air circulation. Air conditioning and heating systems are cleaned and maintained regularly.
Kitchen Care: The kitchen area is extensively cleaned, including appliances, utensils, and cookware.
Deep Cleaning: Bi-weekly, we perform deep-cleaning sessions that include tasks such as window cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and thorough inspection of the entire space.
Guest Transition: Between guests, our team conducts a comprehensive inspection to ensure that the penthouse meets our cleanliness standards and is ready for your arrival.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
