This home features: BACKYARD: * A massive entertainment backyard with a resort-style heated pool (extra cost is associated with heating the pool and use of the jacuzzi), seating area with lounge chairs, grill and a fire pit seating area, surrounded with beautiful flowers and tress, perfect backdrop for photos, events, etc. Lots of space to set up tables and chairs for a larger gathering. Kitchen: * Modern kitchen with plenty of counter space and new stainless steel appliances * Designer faucets/hardware/fixtures Common Area/Entertainment Room: * Large 65" TV perfect for streaming music, videos, slideshows etc. No HDMI port available but can do mirror, Bluetooth, etc. * Lots of comfortable seating areas. * Large dining table that fits up to 10 comfortably but can fit more individuals depending on spacing of chairs. Additional chairs not available outside of what is depicted in the listing photos. Location: * Conveniently located 20 to 30 minutes from the Airport and the Las Vegas Strip depending on traffic. Two four feet folding tables are available for rent in the add-on's section. Rooms/Spaces shown are what is included in the rental. Garage may not be used for storage, etc. Overnight Bookings: As this is my primary residence, overnight bookings are charged at a premium. Please inquire for pricing, is dependent on duration, number of guests, type of event, etc. Please note the home has only has one guest bedroom that is available for sleeping accommodations which can fit two people. Although I allow larger events up to 60 individuals this is pursuant to the type of event that is planning to be hosted, along with other requested information at the time of inquiry of which I reserve the right to make the decision to move forward with a booking or not based on the information provided. Hourly pricing is contingent on number of guests and allocated into tiers, which is indicated at the time of any event inquiry or booking.
