This space can be for meetings, office space, co-working space, and even a workout space. It is about 500 sq feet. There are tables and chairs that can be assembled to your preference. You can hold a one time event or a weekend event or hold the space on going. You can do content batching or board meetings. The space can hold up to 25 people sitting and 30-40 comfortably standing.

We clean and disinfect surfaces after every guest. Sweeping and trash removal are the responsibility of renter. There is a dumpster outside of suite for all used and disposable items.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
