Paid underground parking is located directly under our studio space $15 | Monday to Friday (9:00 AM—6:00 PM) $7 | Monday to Friday (6:00 PM—6:00 AM) $7 | Weekend & Holidays (6:00 AM—6:00 PM) $7 | Weekend & Holidays (6:00 PM—6:00 AM) If you are arriving after 4:00 PM to our space, we advise you park at a different underground parking across from our building located at 9 Bogert Ave for a $6 flat rate. If you are coming for a short session, you can the nearby GreenP Parking (2-minute walk) for $3/hour. Maximum parking time is 3 hours.

The space has 4 large windows facing east. Natural light is available in four themes (Sculpted Serenity, Bohemian Rhapsody, Botanical Bliss, and Victorian Grace) but it is not abundant in the makeup station and two themes (Checkmate and Imperfect Kitchen). The space has the brightest light from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and golden light from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM during the summer. There are semi-black-out curtains that will eliminate most of the light but not completely. We generally recommend renting our lighting equipment to ensure perfect lighting.

There is no noise from the street unless the windows are open. Our floor is generally quiet; however, our neighbours are all operating businesses and may have clients come in and out of their offices. Therefore, we cannot guarantee silence. The AC levels are NOT optimized for sound when turned on and will be evident in audio.

Elevator

There is a loading zone through the back of the building for larger; large garage doors are open during operating hours and allow for direct access into the building.

Makeup Room and Seating Area

There are 14 accessible outlets (3 near the entrance, 2 in the main area, 5 in the makeup room, and 4 in the kitchen). The circuit breaker is located in the closet near the main entrance door.

- You are not permitted into the space until the mandatory $300 deposit is paid upon arrival - Staff will inspect the space five (5) minutes before your departure time. If no studio policies were broken and there is no damage to the property, items within the property, missing items, displaced decor, and/or noise complaints, you will be refunded the full deposit amount. - Pornography, violence, racism, or any content that induces discrimination is not to be filmed at the space - Activities including, but not limited to, smoking, weed, and vaping are strictly prohibited - Outdoor shoes are not permitted within the space. Please either take off your outdoor shoes, cover them, or wear indoor shoes upon arrival. Shoe coverings will be provided - Items must be returned to their original location before your session time ends. Failure to return all decor & furniture will result in a $125 minimum cleaning fee - If you wish to play music in the space, please ensure that the volume is at a reasonable level as the studio is located in a professional building. Any noise complaints will result in a $200 withdrawal from your deposit - If you wish to bring your own props, you will be permitted to do so given that they are a reasonable size that is less than 30 pounds. If you are uncertain whether a prop is reasonable, contact us - Animals are not permitted in the space; if a guest arrives with an animal, they will be asked to remain outside the building at all times. Failure to comply will result in a $125 minimum cleaning fee - Any items that may risk damage to the property, including, but not limited to, body paint, body oils, glitter, fire, open flame, smoke bombs, and fog machines are strictly prohibited. Select furniture/decor can be moved around to mix and match between different themes. However, wall decor may not be removed. No items belonging to the studio may be removed from the building.
