*HOLIDAY UPDATE* 👉 Oct 1, 2024 – Jan 5, 2025: Checkmate will be replaced by mylar-covered walls & disco balls. 👉 Nov 1, 2024 – Jan 5, 2025: Victorian Grace & Botanical Bliss will be replaced by checkered floors, giant red gifts, and a Christmas tree. 👉 Dec 1, 2024 – Jan 5, 2025: Sculpted Serenity & Bohemian Rhapsody will be replaced by snow-covered floors, giant white flowers and a satin backdrop. *About Us* The hosts are a brother and sister duo who love photography and interior design. We wanted to build an affordable, fully-equipped space with multiple themes for every type of photoshoot. *The Space* The space is a fully-equipped, high-ceiling, 900 sq. ft photography studio rental located on Yonge & Sheppard. Our space has 6 different themes enclosed in one private space—all for one price. *The Concept* We combined 6 different themes into 1 all-inclusive luxury space. We have over 50 furniture & decor items ranging from modern & minimalistic to vintage & funky. *The Perks* Our space has a 13 ft ceiling, 4 large windows, high-speed wifi, battery-powered equipment, C-stands, modifiers, backdrops (black, white, and gray), a makeup station, dressing room, functional kitchen, shared floor washroom, and easy-access parking. *The Neighborhood* We are located on Yonge & Sheppard with direct access to Highway 401. The Yonge-Sheppard subway is located directly under our building. We are surrounded by hundreds of restaurants, fast food chains, grocery stores, and pharmacies.

A mini-fridge, coffee machine, microwave, water kettle, and sink are available in the space. There is no stove or oven present.
Plates and utensils are available to accommodate for 8 people.
There is a round white dining table and a 6' rectangular black table available in the space.
The space has 4 golden clear chairs and 2 clear chairs.
There is 1 loveseat sofa, 1 rattan peacock chair, 1 swivel egg chair, 1 velvet chaise lounge, and 2 lounge chairs.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

We recently had our product shoot at Hadaki Studios. Hadi, the host, was incredibly nice and helpful throughout our time there. He greeted us warmly upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed for a successful shoot. The studio itself was perfect, meeting all our needs and more. We ended our session on a very positive note, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the overall experience. I highly recommend Hadi’s studio to anyone in need of a professional and welcoming space.
