This gym is a state-of-the-art, newly designed, and exclusive private gym located in Chatsworth, CA. This beautiful open space design is perfect for events, photo shoots, competitions, Film and TV. The space spans 1500 sq. ft. with 22 ft ceilings. Inside the gym, you'll find a 14 x 14 boxing ring, 1 hanging heavy bag, boxing gloves, mitts, additional heavy bags, 2 full power squat racks with attachments, 3 benches, 1 Keiser, a newly updated RGB lighting system with adjustable dimmers and customizable light options, a power sled, 1 TV, numerous specialty barbells, trap bars, kettlebells, dumbbells, and various performance accessories such as ladders, battle-ropes, bands, hurdles, medballs, etc. These features make it an excellent venue for a wide range of activities and purposes.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Joe was a pleasure to work with. His gym space was very neat and clean. From the sound system, to boxing ring, lighting, and even the bathroom. Everything was in working order and at our disposal. Joe was available for any assistance we needed the entire time. All of his equipment was in great working condition. I highly recommend his space to anyone.
