Event Space Rental Agreement Venue Location: 1348 W Main street Lewisville TX 75067 Reservation Details: Use the venue only during rental time purchased Enter using provided door code Rental time includes setup and cleanup - no extra time given No subleasing the studio Damage and Cleaning: Leave the venue as found Dispose of all trash and decorations No nails, tacks or staples in walls No confetti Pay minimum $500 cleaning fee if studio not left as found Pay for any damages or extra time used Restrictions: Keep music at considerate volume No smoking No nudity Minors must be supervised No animals No confetti Cancellation Policy: Cancel/change reservation without charge 2 weeks before event Receive credit for hours booked or dollar amount paid Credit expires in 18 months No credit for cancellations within 48 hours $100 fee for rescheduling within 2 weeks Permitted Uses: Event space can use images from your event Insurance Recommended: Event insurance recommended Force Majeure: Both parties excused from performance if prevented by disaster or other circumstances outside their control Governing Law: Texas law governs this agreement Disputes: Parties will attempt to resolve disputes through negotiation If negotiation fails, disputes will go to mediation After mediation, remaining issues will go to binding arbitration Entire Agreement: This document represents the complete agreement between the parties Any changes must be in writing signed by both parties
