There are 32 spots in the front right near the entrance. 4 spots around back by the studio garage door entrance.
General Rules
No smoking in the building.
Catering inside or outside is allowed.
Throw away trash when done.
Studio repainting fee.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
1 in the studio and a couple more throughout the lobby and kitchen.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Daily Cleaning
Basic Tidying: We regularly pick up and put away any equipment, tools, or materials used during the day to maintain an organized workspace.
Surface Cleaning: We wipe down surfaces such as tables, countertops, and workstations to remove dust, dirt, and any spills.
Trash Removal: We empty trash cans and replace liners as needed.
Special Events or Projects
Preparation: Before hosting events or engaging in projects that might generate more mess than usual, we ensure the studio is thoroughly cleaned.
Post-Event Cleanup: After an event or project, we perform a comprehensive cleanup to restore the studio to its usual state.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
