You can film the stunning views of the water and the wildlife, including seals, eagles, and sometimes orcas. The main house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the newly renovated shed has one bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. This place is perfect for larger crews who need extra space and comfort. You can also leave your production equipment onsite overnight if you wish. Whether you are filming a drama, a documentary, or a comedy, this place will provide you with a scenic backdrop and a relaxing atmosphere. You can also film on the private beach tidelands below the house, which offer a unique and natural setting for your scenes.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
