Our modernist cabin is perfect for photo shoots and small events/retreats looking for a peaceful and creative space. The Bauschaus was hand built by architect Carl Bausch Jr. in 1968 and carefully updated in 2023. The main living space features unique windows and has tons of natural light. We're located in picturesque Charlotte, Vermont, only 25 minutes from the Burlington Airport. The home sits on 8.5 acres, with views of the Adirondack Mountains

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
