We have a newly renovated home on 1 acre 12 minutes to downtown Franklin and 23 minutes to downtown Nashville. We have a gorgeous open kitchen and living room with fireplace sitting area that has a large custom metal door/window opening to the backyard pool and greenery. Pretty view of evergreen trees and chicken coup. Dreamy covered front porch with swing. Master bedroom is downstairs off of the main living room. Bonus room covered in shiplap just off the kitchen. Large round dining table in a formal dining room also next to the main living area. 3 bedrooms upstairs.

Our house is thouroghly cleaned once a week. Vacuumed, mopped, dusted, and all bathrooms and surfaces disinfected.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
