About the Space

Mid-century contemporary Deck House built in 1979. Open concept, exposed post and beam with vaulted pine ceilings throughout and enormous fixed pane windows. All rooms are exceptionally spacious and would be suitable for filming movies, staging furniture and magazine photoshoots. Kitchen is modern and very large. Current décor contains elements of the 70's and 80's. There are 2 large working fireplaces and an expansive, well maintained yard and slate patio with flower gardens. The home is on 1.5 acres atop a hill adjacent to Indian Ridge Country Club, and is 1.5 miles from Phillips Academy, and historic downtown Andover. 25 min to Boston and 7 min to Lawrence Municipal Airport, the property is also accessible via the Haverhill line of the Boston commuter rail. To date there has been 1 short 80’s theme movie filmed on location. Reference is available.
