Gather, create, and celebrate with us in this elegant modern space; perfect for meetings, private dinners, celebrations, and content creation! Our kitchen studio is conveniently located just off of 90/94 with easy street parking. We are on the ground floor. We have no stairs and 1 bathroom. There is metered street parking out front and free parking on side streets. You are welcome to use our kitchen appliances, pots, pans, tools, serving ware, and dinner ware. Send any questions about specific items. ***Please factor set up and take down time into your booking hours.***

I am a firm believer that wedding days should come with a photographer that takes stress off your plate rather than adding to it, that family and portrait sessions should be fun - not stressful, and that newborn sessions should be beautiful and safe! I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected! As a mom, I understand that kids (and babies) need to have the space to be themselves in order to get the best shot. ********Please include set up and take down time into your booked time******** During your rental 1) Please be cautious with the glass cooktop! 2) Clean spills right away. Ask for our mop. 3) Place used garbage bags in the dish room entrance and staff will take them to the garbage cans. 4) Staff will wipe surfaces, sweep, and mop after you leave. ***Cooking on site and/or use our dishes **** Be EXTRA careful with the glass cooktop! Wash dishes and place them in the dish cart/black buckets (under microwave) for staff to sanitize- do not put them back! Bring all of your own ingredients, disposables, and to-go items.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
