Our kitchen studio is conveniently located just off of 90/94 with easy street parking. We are on the ground floor. We have no stairs and 1 bathroom. There is metered street parking out front and free parking on side streets. You are welcome to use our kitchen appliances, pots, pans, tools, serving ware, and dinner ware. Send any questions about specific items. ***Please factor set up and take down time into your booking hours.*** 1) 40 person capacity, stool seating for 30 (some folding chairs available), matching dinnerware for 12. 2) BYOB. Liquor License required to sell alcohol. 3) Staff is in the back office during your rental. 4) The blue tables are the only furniture that can be moved around. 5) Bring all of your own ingredients, disposables, and to-go items. 6) Do not bring a sound system or place anything on walls. We have a speaker for you! 7) All people and items should exit by the end of rental time. Cleaning: 1) Wash dishes and place them in the dish cart/black buckets (under microwave) for staff to sanitize- do not put them back! 2) Clean spills right away. Ask for our mop. 3) Place used garbage bags in the dish room entrance and staff will take them to the garbage cans. 4) Staff will wipe surfaces, sweep, and mop after you leave. No indoor smoking/vaping, pets, cooking that causes excessive smoke, glitter, DJs, smoke machines, nails/penetrating items on walls, nudity, or open flames (birthday candles ok!) .

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
