Gather, create, and celebrate with us in this elegant modern space; perfect for meetings, private dinners, celebrations, and content creation! Our kitchen studio is conveniently located just off of 90/94 with easy street parking. Our space features: -Elegant open concept kitchen decked out with modern tile, quartz countertop, and stainless steel appliances -Sophisticated eclectic decor -Island accommodating 12 guests at countertop and for events where you mix and mingle, we can seat up to 30 people, max capacity 40 guests -Four ovens, induction stove, and a full size fridge/freezer. -Plenty of pots, pans, cooking equipment, etc. If you have any questions on cooking equipment on hand, just message and we’re happy to go over specifics with you! -Additional prep or demo kitchen separate from the seating area, with a counter and two additional ovens -One bathroom -Staff will be on site to welcome you, show you around, and answer any questions.

***Please factor set up and take down time into your booking hours.*** Cleaning: 1) Wash dishes and place them in the dish cart/black buckets (under microwave) for staff to sanitize- do not put them back! 2) Clean spills right away. Ask for our mop. 3) Place used garbage bags in the dish room entrance and staff will take them to the garbage cans. 4) Staff will wipe surfaces, sweep, and mop after you leave. No indoor smoking/vaping, pets, cooking that causes excessive smoke, glitter, DJs, smoke machines, nails/penetrating items on walls, nudity, or open flames (birthday candles ok!) . Other important Info: 1) 40 person capacity, stool seating for 30 (a couch on site and some folding chairs available), matching dinnerware for 12. 2) BYOB. Liquor License required to sell alcohol. 3) Staff is in the back office during your rental. 4) The blue tables are the only furniture that can be moved around. 5) Bring all of your own ingredients, disposables, and to-go items. 6) Do not bring a sound system or place anything on walls. We have a speaker for you! 7) All people and items should exit by the end of rental time.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
