About the Space
We allow still photography, film, documentary interview and music videos. If you have something else in mind, let us know. There are five large bedrooms and three bathrooms, with American flags, a podium and a stage, which have been used in political ads, music videos and mockumentaries. The coolest feature is the massive steel freight door. We have 4 sets of 3-4 stools of various heights and comfort levels for documentary interviews and low chairs for stage interviews.

General Rules
No smoking in the space except vapor devices. You may not use fog machines or confetti without discussing with us first.

We have cameras in our public hallways and stairs for security purposes, and to track the amount of guests in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
