This studio space is perfect for Photography with People, Pets, or Products. It has lighting, tables, a mannequin, a few backdrops and props. Just bring In your camera and backdrops and get creative. You can even rent the space for a unique and clean space to shoot your Live TikTok or Instagram shows or for videotaping live selling shows! This versatile space can be used by any creative person, artist, or business entrepreneur.

Studio is indoors with professional lamp lighting but there are exterior places to shoot outside to capture natural lighting and elements
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
No excessive loud sounds. Normal octave sounds appropriate for day hours are permitted that do not disturb other businesses . No instrument playing or Dj equipment/ speakers aloud .

Bring your equipment through the elevator it’s only two floors. Very easy access
Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed
Electrical system description
Several outlets in place and there will be a troubleshoot manager on site if problems arise . Strong electrical no outage issues but for powerful equipment it’s recommended to use exterior outlets and shoot in natural lighting
Circuit breaker can not be accessed
General Rules
The studio is available from 10-6 for a flat rate / Hourly rate is higher for shorter bookings. No smoking or pets are allowed unless pre-approved for pet photography sittings. No drugs! No alcohol! No loud noises - This is a professional building with other small business owners who need to be respected. Please be courteous, and clean after yourself. There are restrooms and a kitchen area for breaks.

Furniture and decorations may be moved
If needing to move any equipment out of the studio the receptionist will take care of this . No issues . You are responsible for staging your own equipment and for any damages made to walls etc
No smoke machines allowed

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We professionally clean the studio before opening and at closing and sanitize in between bookings . Bookings are spaced hours apart to allow for sanitation
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
