Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules. 1. Overtime · Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. 2. Locking Doors and Key Return: · Ensure all entry and exit doors are securely locked when entering or leaving the venue. · Return the venue key to the designated lockbox immediately after the event. · Failure to return the key as instructed may result in additional charges. 3. Cleanliness and Maintenance: · Keep the entire venue, including mirrors, walls, floors, and furnishings clean and in good condition. · Dispose of all trash and waste in the provided receptacles. · Avoid using tape or adhesives that could damage surfaces. · Report any damages, spills, or issues to the venue manager promptly. · Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. 4. Food and Beverage Policy: · No food or beverages are allowed in the venue unless explicitly approved by the venue management. · If food and beverages are permitted, ensure proper disposal and cleanup to avoid attracting pests or causing damage. 5. Lighting and Energy Conservation: · Turn off all lights, including floor lamps, decorative lighting and appliances, when not in use. · Once you are finished using the space, please turn off all lights and appliances including the air conditioning and speaker systems. 6. Access and Security: · Limit access to approved event attendees only; do not allow entry to unauthorized individuals. · Do not prop doors open and ensure all entrances are securely closed at all times. · In case of any security concerns or emergencies, contact venue management immediately. · Please do not move, unplug or obscure the view of the security cameras. If any issues occur while the renter did not properly follow these procedures then it would be the responsibility of said renter. 7. Smoking and Open Flames: · Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue. · Open flames, including candles, are not allowed. 8. Liability and Damages: · Do not move the retractable walls, mirror, logo or any other wall fixtures. · Renters are responsible for any damages caused during their event for any and all equipment and fixtures. · Liability for injury or damage to personal property resides with the renter and their guests. · Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. 9. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: · Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and venue rules during your event. · Report any illegal or unsafe behavior to venue management and authorities.
