Welcome to our newly remodeled home in Allen, TX! This spacious yet stylish home offers 2600 square feet of living space great for small or large groups, the home is equipped with modern amenities for your comfort and entertainment. The home features a fully stocked kitchen with all you'll need for whatever kitchen/cooking needs you may have as well stainless steel appliances and cannot forget the beautiful quartz counter tops! One of the cultivating highlights of the house is the Seasons SevenXVII IG wall! Perfect for capturing your beautiful moments. The game room is packed with fun activities, including a 55' LG smart tv, pool table, air hockey, foosball, and two arcade systems with one featuring over 7,000 modded games! Multiple smart TVs are also available throughout the house for guests to enjoy & stream whatever they’d like, additionally, the living room tv & game room are both stocked with sound bars & subwoofers for the ultimate music or in home movie cinema experience. The living room features plenty of comfortable seating with an elegant fireplace as well as a huge storage room underneath the stairs. The dining area can accommodate up to 6-8 people, with additional seating with the kitchen counter bartsools. Outside, there is a fire pit and BBQ grill & our favorite, cod hole for outdoor gatherings and fun. The sleeping arrangements consist of four bedrooms, all located upstairs. Bedroom #1 has king-size bed, Bedroom #2 has two twin-size beds, Bedroom #3 has one queen bed, & Bedroom #4 has one queen bed. Each bed is equipped with a Matress cover for each Matress as well as a soft plush 1.5 Matress toppers that allows you to feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. While the garage is currently under remodeling & will be off limits and locked at all times, there is ample parking available in front of the house for guests. Guest privacy is ensured through a fully automated check-in process, and only guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the home without prior approval. It is important to follow the house rules, including observing quiet hours after 10:00 pm.
