We have ample parking in both the front and back of our building.

Control room: The studio has 4 track lights that are dimmable on the lateral sides of the control room, 4 Phillips hue lights in the back of room (sofa area) and 3 hue lights in the front of room (stone wall) customizable to any color arrangement of your liking. Booth: 85" Arched Floor Lamp w customizable to any color via app 9 electric candles with dim and flicker options (remote controlled)

This state of the art facility was designed and soundproofed by Forrest McPhail of Wood and Wire Works.

Ground Floor

There is a loading zone in the back but the front of the building also has plenty of access via parking lot. Please be sure to let us know of any info regarding loading and offloading of heavy or big equipment.

Separate studio room and Restrooms

There are 3 other studios that would require a separate permit/booking

The circuit breaker is easily accessible.

Smoking is not permitted within the premises, but we offer a dedicated smoking area for your convenience. You're welcome to bring in outside catering for your event. While we don't accommodate pets, feel free to reach out to management for approval regarding the inclusion of food.

All production crews engaged in any activities on behalf of [Your Company Name] are required to maintain comprehensive general liability insurance coverage with minimum limits of $1-2 million dollars. This insurance coverage must be in effect for the entire duration of the project and should cover all aspects of the production process, including but not limited to: General Liability Coverage: The insurance policy must include general liability coverage that protects against claims of bodily injury, property damage, and personal injury arising from the production activities. The minimum limit for this coverage should be $1-2 million dollars. In conformity with the above-mentioned prerequisites, the following clauses shall be defined and incorporated into the requisite insurance policies: Worker's Compensation, Property Damage, Equipment Coverage, Errors and Omissions (E&O) Insurance, Additional Insured Endorsement, Proof of Insurance, Notice of Policy Changes.
