$200/ Hr Everyday before 8pm $400/Hr Everyday 8pm - 2am Our rates include event space, staff and security. Message us for specials :) ** Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights are only available with drink packages. ** Weekends have a higher rate because we'd be closing off 1 or both floors of our lounge to the public for your event. Our downtown lounge & event space is a multi-level event space and social club with an onsite bar and food service available. We host private events, corporate events, networking events, nonprofit events, political fundraisers, workshops and more. Security and Bartenders are able to be provided at your request. Additions Available: • Lounge chairs & tables included • Full sound system on both floors - $250 rental • DJ - $100/Hr

We hire a reputable commercial cleaning company to do weekly deep clean of our space. However, daily our staff has cleaning procedures to keep our building clean.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
