Nestled within a private home located in Beverly Hills, this available studio features a unique, one of a kind 1,500 square feet of space, separated into 3 different areas, ideal for photo and video shoots, adult films, only fans content that unveils a captivating canvas for creative expression. It is also available for hot dates, as well as private parties (up to 20 people). The place has a main area with a lot of different features, devices and toys (too many to list), bar area, shower and a space for relaxation. In fact, this is more of a private club than a studio. This space is a playground for imagination, a stage where ideas come to life, and a realm where every frame tells a story waiting to be captured.

The place is vigorously cleaned between the bookings. There is a professional cleaner that keeps the area extremely clean. All guests are provided with slippers -- no outside shoes are allowed in. All the areas are disinfected.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
