Dedicated to bringing your vision to life, the FARMUSE studio is a functional, flex space meant to inspire possibilities for photo, video, workshops, and bespoke events. We offer an array of add-ons from production support to prop rentals to styling. In addition to the studio space, our rental package includes access to a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge area, designated hair + makeup + wardrobe rooms and beautiful courtyard. Additional green space adjacent to studio also available for rental. - 3500sqft - 900sqft private shooting area - Fully equipped Kitchen - 4 x 9ft Butcher Block Island on casters - Lounge/Dining/Conference area - Hair + Makeup Room - Wardrobe Room - Finished concrete floors throughout - High Speed Wifi - Sonos Sound System - Black out shades - Private drive with rollup door for easy load-in - Dedicated parking - 4500sqft green space adjacent to studio available for addt fee

Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters

It is a fantastic venue and has a wonderful staff. We held one of our Don't Tell Comedy shows here and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and the space is incredible. I would highly recommend this venue for your next event, close to Melrose and lots of parking.

They were wonderful! We had a few last minyte changes and they accomodates very wel. Very professional and nice. Would recommend this space to everyone!

We absolutely enjoyed the space for our holiday party. It was the perfect mix of indoor and outdoor and enough space for everyone to mix and mingle.
