3rd floor natural light studio

This is a creative studio and event space. There is a huge 12 ft by 20 ft green screen, photography backdrops, a boxwood greenery wall, two staged living areas for interviews or photos, a podcast room, about 800 sqft open floor space and (2) 55" inch smart tvs mounted. This space is great for a smaller intimate event or network gathering, or for an artist to work on or create new works, and of course for photographers and videographers to create stunning visuals. The location is 2 mins from the KFC Yum center and the building does feature a rooftop that can be accessed for photo opportunities as well!
