Donal describes walking through the wrought iron gates of Casa de Rosa for the first time as akin to Dorothy waking up in OZ; everything is Technicolor and you are no longer in Kansas. The first house in the legendary Mesa neighborhood and tucked into the foothills of the mountains, Casa De Rosa is truly a throwback to a gentler more seductive time. Renowned architect, Cliff May, the grandfather of the classic early California ranch, designed and built the house in 1940 for the Marlboro family. Since then, with its Hollywood Regency style this house has become a historic landmark. Donal set about lovingly restoring the house to its former glory, fusing all the original details with their eclectic sense of style and every modern convenience. The result is an experience of color and texture, unlike the standard Palm Springs mid-century white wash. Sexy, fun and very comfortable, this is the house they spend the winter months entertaining friends and sharing friendly ‘hellos’ to notable neighbors such as Barry Manilow and Tom Ford..

Casa De Rosa is throughly cleaned between each booking. Our cleaner is licensed through the city of Palm Springs and we adhere to all health and safety measures. The house is nearly 100 years old so there are some steps around the property.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
