This contemporary home offers a retro feel, while maintaining a minimalistic design. Located in the prime Studio City neighborhood, this space is great for photoshoots, videos and just overall feeling zen. The wood accent pieces offer a warm tone and the (real) hardwood flooring only enhances the unique design of this space. Air purifiers are in each of the rooms and an A/C is installed in the main living space. Courtesy hand sanitizer is also available (because why not?). This space is not completely sound proof.

The home is throughly cleaned after each booking. Air purifiers are located in each of the rooms (except for bathroom) and hand sanitizer is available for guest to use.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
