Beautiful Westwood single family house backyard event space with elevated stage.
About the Space
This is a backyard space of a single family house located in Westwood by UCLA. It has a separate elevated stage/balcony area (with railings) that is roughly 4 ft x 15 ft, by stairs. Perfect for events or filming. Seating areas are flexible. We have a JBL PA speaker for rent. If you have any questions or request, we got you covered, the host is always available on-site. It is located in a quiet residential area. Maximum number of guests is 15. The space can actually accommodate more than 15 people, however, we only allow that under certain circumstances, so please contact host for more info. There is a bathroom with one toilet and one sink. Free street parking available on Levering for two hours during the day, after 6PM, parking on Denslow is unlimited. If you book more than two hours, please contact host, we will provide a daily pass with no cost to you.

This is an outdoor space so there is little concern for airborne viruses, however, if you have additional requests, feel free to contact the host and we will be happy to accommodate.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
