About the Space
Welcome to our stunning backyard rental space in Duluth, GA! Perfect for adult events, our spacious backyard features a pool, jacuzzi, and smoking gazebo. Enjoy the 900 sqft deck, dedicated food station, and outside dining room. Easy highway access and a fully equipped kitchen and one-bedroom apartment complete the package for an unforgettable experience. The space comes with a personal chef as well.
Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages allowed
Refrigerator, microwave and stove tops are available for reheating food and maintaining food safety.
There is an expandable metal dining table which seats 8.
There are 4 barstools under a lighting umbrella by the pool area. 4 white wide plastic chairs on deck, 6 metal dinning chairs.
Two sofas can be found under the larger gazebo. Four cushioned chairs around a metal round table can be found under second gazebo.
Microphone is available for large speaker system.
There are two speakers, one small and a large one.
Television is available with Roku under covered porch.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors

The venue was amazing. My 42nd Birthday was a blast. All my guests enjoyed themselves and made plans to book the venue for themselves in the future. David was also amazing, every need was met to make everything happen without a hitch. Rating this venue, I give it a 100 out of a 100.

This space was everything! And the host were awesome and accommodating! Glad I was able to extend my time because was having an amazing time. The yard itself is worth it but the n-law suite was a beautiful bonus. I’ll definitely book again I wanna see it lit up in the night time. Thank you made my 49th birthday a memorable one.
