About the Space
Versatile space for video and photo shoots includes a studio, a bathroom, and an historic exterior. Floor is mostly black concrete with a small wood flooring area. Several indie films have been shot here. Studio includes an option to use a projection screen (rear or front) for backdrops, or drape your own on the frame. Several furniture pieces are also available for setups. Use the natural light from the storefront windows, or use our blackout window coverings to make it completely dark. Soundproofing is available if requested. Lights, tripods, and other equipment available upon request. Green Room is available as additional space. Kitchenette includes Keurig coffee maker, mini-fridge, microwave. We can provide 3D rear-projected backdrops via Unreal Engine for an additional fee.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

I loved this space. Mrs Michelle was very professional and even helped us out with our props. I used the space as a test run for my social media account to talk about a book I published called Kaliyahs Lessons “Stranger, Danger “ I must say it turned out better than expected. Michele was an amazing hosts. Her space was as described plus other hidden gems. She had a props room with props and extra wardrobes that she offered and we were able to use them in our shoot, not to mention the high roller stands and lighting i used during the shoot. She is also very knowledgeable about the industry overall and just from the conversations we had i could tell her deep passion for filmmaking. I will most definitely be booking her place again and referring my friends to her. Thank you so much for everything Michele and for being so welcoming.
