About Teknique Productions
Teknique Productions is a completely raw space, with the ability to be transformed into anything you can imagine. The studio is located in the heart of Historic College Park, across the street from the MARTA and a 5 minute drive from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. There is a 20-ft high garage door for easy moving in and out of the location. The 4000 sq ft space will can be used for: -production offices/basecamps -building sets -photoshoots -video shoots -model castings -fashion production -band rehearsals -dance rehearsals -fitness classes -remote fulfillment center

Teknique Productions is committed to providing all guests with a clean and disinfected studio. We have a professional cleaning team as apart of our staff. Should any issues arise during your rental, there will be a team member onsite to help rectify the problem.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
